Shipping Policy

Gupta's Premium Flour offers Shipping across Mumbai.*
Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed the same day. Orders are shipped by next day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.

Shipping Locations:

Gupta's Premium Flour currently only ships in Mumbai and Sub-urban Mumbai,
We will be available in other regions of Maharashtra, and India very soon.

Order confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a order confirmation once you've successfully placed your order, and would also be notified once the order is out for delivery.

Damages:

Gupta's Premium Flour ships flour with our own delivery chain, we are not reliable on any third party delivery service for our deliveries, which makes us as efficient in delivery as possible with minimal damage to products,In event of any damage to the products while shipping will be taken care of on immediate basis, no shipping damage requests will be entertained after the day of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before lodging a shipping damage complaint.

We can not accept returns, If you no longer need the flour. Since, Gupta's Premium Flour operate on a strict ground-to-order basis.

If in a circumstance where a problem arises with the flour, please feel free to reach out to us at support@guptasflour.com, one of our experts will get in touch with you to offer guidance and support in resolving your issue. If we can not resolve the issue, we will replace your product.

We will assign a delivery agent to collect the remainder of your flour to send it for analysis/testing.

Please note guarantee claims can only be made within three days of product delivery.
