Kuttu atta is not a cereal but is actually a fruit. It is a pseudocereal, which is used during puja/festivals to make fasting food. It has grown in popularity because it is gluten-free and due to current lifestyle gluten free products are becoming part of daily food, rich in fibre and protein, anti-inflammatory, packed with natural proteins, processed, cleaned and hygienically packed.
